I forgot to make rice so I thought I'd try this. Miracle Rice Love my Rice is a blend of konjac flour and white rice and is lower in calories than regular rice. It only takes 60 seconds to cook in the microwave. Unfortunately, it's not at all good. This is not surprising as konjac while low in calories has a weird taste. It might be fine if mixed with other flavors, like in fried rice, but plain was not good!

Vite Ramen

I saw an ad for these ramen noodles so I ordered a variety pack. They're actually really good! Better flavor, better noodles, and much more protein than the cheap noodles.

The first one I had was garlic pork tonkatsu.

This was surprisingly good! It has much more protein and less salt and carbs than traditional instant ramen. The broth is much more flavorful as well.

Dinner: Miracle Noodle Thai Tom Yum. This was actually good. The konjac noodles are still a bit strange, but the flavored broth was really good.

The main problem is that even having the whole package (technically two servings), it was only 140 calories. I was already feeling hungry two hours later, so I had a snack so I wouldn't wake up in the middle of the night hungry.
