Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix and a spicy Blood Mary.

Cooked a half pound of ground beef for taco-seasoned ground beef. Vacuum sealed and froze 4 packages of 1.8 oz. each for nachos or taco salad.

Snack: A Kind maple and pumpkin seed granola bar.

Lunch: Cheeseburger (previously grilled and frozen), seasoned French fries (2.6 oz.) and a Switchback Ale.

Dinner: Roasted pork, rice, and a glass of New Zealand sauvignon blanc.

Weight at beginning of the day: 134.8 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.0 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
