What I ate: July 24, 2020

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated whole wheat tortilla.


Started marinating the pork for miso marinated pork. Cooked pork in the sous vide for stir-fry pork. And used the trimming for pork cracklings. I ate about half of the cracklings.


Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix. And, later, peanuts and beef jerky.

Lunch: Turkey sandwich with 2.7 oz. deli turkey, lettuce, and mayo on once slice of whole wheat bread, cut in half. And a few Kettle Chips hot jalapeño.


Snack: 1.0 oz. pita chips and hummus. And a few cashews.


Weight at beginning of the day: 135.2 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 135.4 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
