What I ate: September 23, 2020

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated whole wheat tortilla.


Snack: Koia keto cookies and cream beverage. I got this in my Real Eats package. The flavor is good, and it's low in carbs, but it's kind of thin and I'm not sure how long the 200 calories would actually keep me from getting hungry again.


Lunch: Clam chowder (10 oz.) with cantaloupe and blueberries.


Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds.

Dinner: Local squash and chickpea curry with quinoa from Real Eats. This time I added a few shakes of Madras curry powder and it added to the flavor. That's only about half of the quinoa.


Weight at beginning of the day: 130.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 131.4 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
