What I ate: September 25, 2020

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated whole wheat tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese half sandwich. With 2.6 oz. ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese (cut in half), and 1 slice a whole wheat bread (cut in half). With cantaloupe and blueberries.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Habanero almonds.

Dinner: Barbecued chicken (Real Eats). With "cauliflower mac" which really isn't anything like mac and cheese, but is fine as cheesy cauliflower. With red cabbage slaw. There was a little more of the cauliflower and cabbage left after plating. It was good.

I also cut up the chicken and cauliflower in the kitchen. And added a little Yellow Bird habanero condiment sauce.

Weight at beginning of the day: 130.4 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.6 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
