Dinner: Pulled short rib tacos with onions, peppers, and butternut crema (Real Eats). This was good. The short rib had a nice flavor and the butternut crema was unexpectedly good. I added a little Yellow Bird serano condiment sauce to spice it up a bit. And I was full after two so I stopped there.
