What I ate: September 27, 2020

Breakfast: Bagel, lox and cream cheese on a homemade whole wheat bagel with tomato and red onion.

Made the filling for an spicy western omelette for Tuesday. And the filling for chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeƱo and egg for breakfast Wednesday and Friday.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.


Lunch: Ham and Swiss cheese half sandwich with 2.6 oz. deli ham, lettuce, and Dijon mustard on once slice of whole wheat bread, cut in half. With red grapes and blueberries.

Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds.


Dinner: Cajun grilled chicken with southwestern quinoa and smoky lime vinaigrette (Real Eats). This was good! I only used about half of he quinoa, but everything had a nice flavor. I added a little Yellow Bird habanero condiment sauce to give it some extra spice.

Weight at beginning of the day: 129.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.8 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
