What I ate: September 30, 2020

Breakfast: Chorizo breakfast burrito with chorizo, onion, green pepper, jalapeño and egg. Reheat of the filling I cooked Sunday in a freshly heated whole wheat tortilla.

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.

Lunch: Minestrone soup (10 oz.) with red grapes and blueberries.

Snack: 1.0 oz. wasabi and soy sauce almonds.

Dinner: Korean BBQ short ribs with mixed vegetables and brown jasmine rice (Real Eats). And a half glass of Bota Box malbec. This was good! That's about half of the rice and I sliced the meat before plating and drizzled some of the sauce left in the bag on top. The sauce is a little salty but it has a nice flavor.

Weight at beginning of the day: 129.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 129.6 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
