What I ate: October 1, 2020

Snack: 1.0 oz. Sriracha chex mix.


Lunch: Roast beef sandwich. With 2.8 oz. deli roast beef, chipole mayo, and lettuce on a slice of wheat bread, cut in half. With strawberries and blueberries.

Snack: 1.0 oz. habanero almonds.


Dinner: Coconut chicken bowl with turmeric broccoli and brown basmati rice (Real Eats). And a half glass of New Zealand sauvignon blanc. This was really good! I'd get this again for sure.

Started the poolish and soaker for homemade whole wheat sandwich bread.

Weight at beginning of the day: 129.6 lbs.
Weight at the beginning of the next day: 130.4 lbs.

I replaced my scale on August 7, 2019. When comparing to dates before then, add 2.8 pounds to the old value to match
the current scale.
